职责范围：
制定社群的发展战略和目标，确保社群的发展方向与公司的整体战略相一致。
策划和发布社群内容，包括但不限于文章、图片、视频等，以吸引和保持社群成员的兴趣。
负责社群产品运营规划及相关管理工作，并对运营业务目标负责；
制定用户运营策略，完成核心用户群体的维护和核心用户的挖掘工作；
负责构建社群文化和内容结构，组织和策划热门话题、活动，以及打造社群品牌。
工作要求：
5年以上社群运营或相关工作经验；
具备良好的中文和英文沟通技巧；
拥有出色的学习能力和强烈的责任感；
对当前主流用户群体和文化具备理解力和洞察；
