1st Shift 430am start time, out around 230pm. Some Saturday work throughout the year.Summary: The main function of the Warehouse Clerk is to load and unload trucks along with all required verification and associated documentation, to prepare outgoing shipments and of finished goods and assembly of daily requisitions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Start day verifying inventory counts from prior day usage
- Material handling to production line
- Requisitions for next day's production
- Preforms daily receiving and shipping of product, packaging material, and raw materials.
- Responsible for preparing and acquiring all required shipping and receiving documentation.
- Conducts trailer inspections prior to loading or unloading, including temperature checks and documentation.
- Notifying supervisor of any issues with temperature or quality of incoming loads.
- Regularly communicates information and updates to leadership.
- Inspects inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure compliance with established quality guidelines.
- Forklift operation (must be licensed) High-Low, Reach Truck, Stand up & Walkie.
- Transfer delivery packages between buildings
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
- Fork truck certification - working knowledge of all operational lifts
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations
- Works cooperatively and collaboratively within a group.
- Knowledge of the products, services, and systems of the company.
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Gives attention to detail and follows instructions.
- Great counting and math skills.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.
- Basic knowledge of HACCP, GMP's, Food Safety.
- Ability to perform multi-tasks daily.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to be on feet most of the workday.
- Able to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift up to 75 lbs., carry and walk about the warehouse
- Able to work in cold, climate-controlled conditions for long periods of time.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Industry knowledge: acquire and maintain knowledge of full Ragozzino product range.
