​Position: Inventory Specialist

Location: Utica, NY

Pay: $18.90/hour

Experience: Previous experience in retail automotive parts or a similar field is highly transferable and preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Thursday, Friday, & Saturday, 6am to 6pm (Alternating Wednesdays)

Greene Resources is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Fulfill and deliver a variety of orders.
• Perform system-generated cycle counts using a laptop and scanner.
• Monitor emails throughout the day for parts requests.
• Label and scan parts to ensure accurate inventory.
• Receive and properly store materials.
• Move materials by operating a forklift (as needed).
• Find solutions for employee requests and inquiries.

Position Requirements:

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is a plus!
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
