HB Staffing is seeking an Election Aid to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Respond to inquiries by telephone or at the counter concerning general information, such as the location of precinct polling places, vote-by-mail applications and ballots and other routine information
• Assist the public by providing requested forms
• Verify signature on voter registration affidavit forms
• Proofread sample ballots, official ballots and other election related material
• Perform routine tasks such as filing, sorting, filling envelopes with voting material and batching
• Perform a variety of assigned tasks in preparation for election vote counting

Position Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and punctual.
