​Position: Bilingual Call Center Agent​

Location: Durham, NC (Role will be fully remote. Candidates are preferred to be in the general Raleigh/Durham area of NC)

Pay: $19/hour + Weekly Pay!

Experience: Open to all professional backgrounds and working experience

Education: High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education preferred.Type: Part-time; ContractSchedule: Evening/Weekend Shift (20-25 hours per week on average)

Greene Resources is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Agent to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

  • Interview survey participants by telephone for a variety of projects.
  • Perform data entry tasks while speaking on the phone.
  • Communicate to participants the importance of the survey and why their participation is valuable.
  • Follow a scripted questionnaire verbatim to collect research data.
  • Enter responses accurately into a computer system while speaking with participants.
  • Attempt to convert participants who have previously opted not to participate in a particular survey.
  • Attend all mandatory training sessions related to surveys.
  • Maintain quality standards for data collection.

Position Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Must be willing to complete a federal security clearance process before starting the role.
  • Effective telephone interviewing etiquette, inflection, and communication skills.
  • High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed (To determine internet speed, go to speedtest.net and run the application).
  • Access to personal email and phone (either landline or cell).
  • Familiar with web-based navigational tools and Windows.
  • Experience using a ticketing system to manage project or error resolution.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Quiet, disruption-free workspace to preserve sound quality, protecting confidential information.
  • Comfortable being on camera for meetings, training, and/or one-on-one meetings.
