HH Staffing is seeking a Concierge to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Provide personal services to guests or customers
• Welcome guests and entering their details into a visitor log
• Handle guest complaints, take messages and manage requests for housekeeping and maintenance
• Make reservations, recommend local restaurants/entertainment and arrange tours and activities
• Offer directions, information on local attractions and recommendations for shopping, nightlife and recreation
• Receive, store and deliver mail and luggage
• Oversee the safe-keeping of keys, report any faults or damage and liaising with housekeeping and grounds keeping staff

Position Requirements:

• Must be patient, helpful and have a positive attitude
• 1 Year of Experience REQUIRED
• Able to prioritize job duties
• Multitask and manage time efficiently
