- Resolve product and customer service issues
- Managing and responding to emails, chats, and system tickers
- Receiving and inspecting order returns, processing refunds, and handling replacement order shipments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Strive Strive to meet personal and team targets, goals, and quotas
- Follow customer service procedures and policies
Position Requirements:
- Warehouse and inventory experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent time management
- Customer-focused attitude
- Detail-oriented and self-starter
- Software expertise with Google Docs, Google Sheets (or Excel), Word, and Zendesk
