Always Best Care Senior Services seeks to build a core team of experienced caregivers, and currently has daytime available. Our caregivers will provide excellent and compassionate 1:1 in-home personal care and companion care for clients throughout the Seattle Metro area.We are hiring for a CNA/HCA with a Nurse Delegation Certificate.Schedules: Day - Specific hours based on client needs and Caregiver availability/preferencesPay Range: $25 per hourWhat We Offer:* PTO (paid time off) + Sick Pay + Appreciation Days* Paid Training and Free Continuing Education credits* Flexible hours* Weekly Paychecks* Mileage Reimbursement* Referral BonusesResponsibilities:* Develop strong relationships with Clients* Perform Nurse Delegation tasks* Assist clients with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, eating, and bathroom needs as needed* Light housekeeping to promote a safe and clean environment for resident's home* Transportation to appointments and shopping* Companionship & supervisionRequirements:* Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) License* Nurse Delegation Certificate* CPR and First Aid Certification* Previous Long-Term Care experience* Must be at least 18 years old* Must pass background check and medical clearance prior to hire* Work authorization required* Maintains current driver's license and a dependable insured vehicle* Must have effective oral and written English communication skills to work with clients/families
