Position: Recruiter

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $40k to $47k/year + commission!

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift

Array Corporation is seeking a Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Interview prospective candidates to evaluate potential and quality
• Efficiently conduct high-volume recruiting
• Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM (or other similar database)
• Conduct a high volume of selling aligned with business plans
• Formally present, pitch, and propose products and services to clients as solutions to established problems
• Conduct post-close administrative procedures
• Elicit confidence from prospects and leads
• Work on contract and contract to hire submittals

Position Requirements:

• Must have a good work ethic
• Must be able to meet and/or exceed KPI's
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Aptitude for identifying and finding solutions to challenges
• Possess a high attention to detail
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
