HB Staffing is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Sell international ocean, air, import, and export services.
- Meet budget targets for revenue, profit, volume, market share, and other KPIs.
- Develop, maintain, and up-sell accounts within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate, respond to, and follow up on RFIs and RFQs.
- Leverage and maintain client relationships to identify new business opportunities.
- Track and organize all activities, meetings, and correspondence with accounts.
- Create sales strategies based on knowledge of the local market and competitor activities.
- Ensure client satisfaction by collaborating with other departments.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
Position Requirements:
- Valid driver's license.
- Intermediate sales skills.
- Knowledge of logistics, including air and ocean import/export.
- Proficiency with Windows-based programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CMS (Customer Management System) principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
