1. Implement various human resources policies and systems;​

2. Responsible for the recruitment and configuration, training and development, Performance Mangement, job qualification, salary and benefits, employee satisfaction improvement, cadre inspection and appointment, talent echelon construction, personnel promotion and elimination, personnel management, high-end talent introduction, employee relations, worker management, annual personnel establishment, budget and other human resources work;​

Annual training plan formulation; monthly training progress collection and follow-up; quarterly training instructor training and instructor fee distribution; special project training project planning, follow-up and implementation.​

4. Regularly conduct human resources data analysis and submit company human resources analysis reports;​

5. Develop recruitment channels and organize interviews;​

6. Organize the training needs analysis, training plan, training implementation and training effect evaluation;​

7. Participate in the company's daily salary fixing and adjustment work;​

8. Responsible for maintaining the company's external relations and liaison;​

9. Manage the administrative and logistical support work of the company;​

10. Responsible for docking and reporting various work with the human resources center of the domestic headquarters in China.​

Job requirements:​

1. US citizenship or green card status;​

2. More than 5 years of experience in human resources in the US manufacturing industry, familiar with US and Texas human resources policies and regulations (supervisor); more than 2 years of experience in recruitment and training of human resources (specialist);​

3. Proactive work ability; strong achievement orientation and sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, good cooperation spirit, strong execution ability, good planning, good logic and organization in work;​

3. Familiar with the work of various modules of human resources and have the corresponding ability to analyze and improve;​

4. Good communication and coordination skills, high degree of dedication, as well as coordination and teamwork skills;​

5. Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources, business administration, etc.​

6. Good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing.​​​
