Bilingual Product ManagerAbout the JobOur Product Development Manager will be responsible for contributing to the conceptualization, initiation, development, evaluation, and follow-through for Beauty and Personal Care new product development and formula improvements in line with Annie InternationalBeauty Supply Products Brands. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the parameters of the product development timeline, budget, and schedule are followed with attention to detail in execution.Position Responsibilities:Responsible for all phases of new product development and product reformulation processes from concept to consumer in the beauty and personal care categories.Manage multiple projects concurrently with high attention to detail while being agile in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial market.Ensure new product development and reformulations for calendarized programs meet Annie International mission and commitments to performance and safety for our products.Contribute to the development of innovative product concepts that generate new opportunities for brand growth.The PD manager will work with the onboarded vendor(s) while identifying new manufacturers and suppliers to potentially transition current products and create new product lines.P&L analysis which involves a review of sales, cost, profit projection, re-order planning rate for a new product to ensure the company's objectives are met.Build awareness and communicate emerging trends in the marketplace regarding the demand for key ingredients as it relates to the organization.R&D product concept to finalize the product development, packaging & display, managing timelines on production, testing, and launching date.Conduct proactive internal and external product testing to ensure product quality, develop direction, and restructuring product claims.Arrange for a kick-off on new and existing project.Align the company around the brand's direction, choices, and tactics.Collaborate with the cross-functional team (Marketing, Operations, & Sales) to ensure products are brought to market on time and on budget.Manage and report all clinical, sensory, and consumer testing for products in development.Work with the team to ensure compliance with all regulations.Ability to visit contract manufacturers to support technical transfer and/or launch production runs.Perform competitive research on new products, ingredient technologies, and competitive brand analysis to establish supporting data towards new products concepts.Attend industry events, trade shows, and supplier meetings to stay abreast of current trends and technologies.Qualifications/Experience:Bachelor's degree required with an emphasis in Science or Business.3~5+ years of experience in the beauty, cosmetics, personal care industry preferred.Chemistry experience preferred with ingredients and formulas in the skin care, hair care, personal care market.This is not a remote role - Expected to be onsite to collaborate with the team.Job Type: Full-timeWork Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Lunch 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm)Work Location: On Site (North Wales, PA)Benefits:â ¢ Health Insurance, Dental Insuranceâ ¢ 401K Company Contribution (3%)â ¢ Paid Vacationâ ¢ Employee spending allowanceContact: HR@#J-18808-Ljbffr
