(FT) Office and Community Events CoordinatorPrint (Apply(FT) Office and Community Events CoordinatorSalary$42,350.00 AnnuallyLocationWorthington Atlantic City Campus, NJJob TypeFull-TimeJob Number202200264DivisionStudent Affairs and Enrollment ManagementDepartmentWorthington Atlantic City Campus OperationsOpening Date09/30/2024Closing Date10/6/2024 11:59 PM EasternDescriptionBenefitsDescriptionThe hours of this position will primarily be evenings and weekends.Provides support for the Worthington Atlantic City Campus operations, faculty, and community outreach programs and activities.Examples of DutiesProvides administrative support for the Director, including but not limited to handling telephone and email communication, greeting and directing visitors, and dealing with campus issues and inquiries.Processes requisitions, travel reimbursement, event registration, and membership renewals.Serves as the first point of contact for campus and community related events and requestsCoordinates college events, programs, activities, etc. for WACCWorks closely with Director/Senior Manager to provide meeting services for internal and external events, including insurance, contractual requirements, billing, room scheduling, security, facilities, audio and catering.Maintains client activity records and develops reports demonstrating the use of campus in coordination with the Business Office.Serves as the liaison for vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in orderCoordinates final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client's standardsServes as point of contact for WACC room schedulingMaintains communication with WACC Director, Senior Manager, Security, Facilities and Custodial leads to ensure event successServes as the primary user for School Dude.
