Sr. Recruiter with a high sense of customer service. Must have experience recruiting finance/accounting and technical roles. This position is 100% commission. This group is highly collaborative and likes working together as a cross matrixed team where each person can count on the other one and everyone takes pride in their work and ensuring client needs are met in a timely manner with great solutions. Requirements:

• 4+ years FULL DESK agency recruiting or sourcing experience required.
• ATS experience (Bullhorn preferred).
• College degree preferred.
• Must be willing to work East Coast hours (preferably Northern VA/DC metro area)
• Book of business (preferred)
