We are always looking for talented, self-motivated individuals to join our team.As a technician at the Sewell Family of Companies, you will work on a team that values a family-like atmosphere where team members are encouraged to build strong relationships and work collaboratively towards our promise to provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for tasks such as:
- Examine, diagnose, and repair vehicles
- Communicate with service team regarding repairs
- Provide labor time estimates
- Monitor repair time and update service advisors regularly
- Maintain adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
- Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs
- Assist in mentoring technician trainees
- Attend company and factory training
- Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am. - 6 pm., Saturday, 7:30 am. - 2 pm.Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma)
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds
- Factory certifications preferred
- GM certifications or experience preferred
- Dealership or automotive repair experience
- Valid driver license
- State Inspection license is a plus
- Completion of drug screening and background screening
- Provide all government I-9 requirements
Compensation:
- Compensation is based on experience
- Relocation assistance provided for qualified candidates
