DEPARTMENT: AgriREPORTS TO: Operations ManagerFLSA STATUS: Non-ExemptPOSITION TYPE: Full-TimePOSITION SUMMARY:This position involves performing the day to day operations of a feed mill.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Bags feed/seed for warehouse and delivery2. Operates bagger, forklift, and pallet jacks3. Unloads trucks bringing in raw ingredients4. Performs basic troubleshooting and maintenance on the mill/cleaning system.5. Assists customers6. Ensures the facilities are kept clean.7. Helps to maintain a safe and clean work environment for all.8. Perform other duties as assigned.9. Takes responsibility for maintaining personal safety training and checklist completion on Snapshot.REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:1. Excellent customer service skills.2. Forklift experience is greatly preferred.3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.4. Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.5. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions6.
