[Position]Quality Control Manager in Cusseta, ALSalary range : 80K-100K as base Full time role [About Our Client]Leading Automotive Parts Company[Job Description]MAJOR FUNCTION:1. Maintains quality management system in compliance with ISO/IATF 16949 requirements and customer specification2. Hold meeting with Customer regarding quality control issue / manage and discuss the problems3. Manage Customer claims and develop their relationship4. Attend meeting with parent company to communicate quality control issues5. Direct overall operation of quality control department6. Develops plans for annual internal and external QMS audit plans7. Trains internal auditors, department specialists/team membersESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Manages 2nd and 3rd party quality system audits2. Manages financial information3. Develops quality strategy planning4. Forecasts field quality issue trends5. Review and approve department documents6. Manage Customer claims and develop their relationship7. Perform Quality audit with customers periodically8. Performs other duties as assignedADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Performs other duties as assigned[Qualifications]PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:1. Bachelor's degree or above in engineering field and 5 years related field experience required2. Five years of process improvement experience required3. Proficiency in Window Excel, Power Point, Word, CAD required4. An individual must demonstrate strong supervisory, interpersonal, communication skills5. Capability to perform multi-tasksPersonal Characteristics:1. High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.2.
