To attend to the daily functions of the Marriott Concierge Lounge and In Room Dening and to provide information and assistance to all Concierge Level guests and hotel guests as requested. To ensure that the daily food and beverage service in the lounge and In Room Dining is maintained and served to brand standards. REPORTS TO: Director of Outlets ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Assist guests with their food and beverage needs while in the concierge lounge and requests for in room dining 2. Provide information to guests about: a) local areas (e.g. social, cultural, historical and physical attractions), location and hours of operation. b) all hotel facilities (e.g. the hours of operation, location, daily and weekly events). c) local area's restaurants and theater/musical productions d) airline, automobile rental, transportation directions, office services, and beauty/barber establishments. 5.
