Job Title: Senior Software Engineer I (Sr. .NET Developer) - C2C Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Note: 15+ years of experience required, Strong communication skills essential. Assessment Requirement: Code assessment completion is mandatory; submissions without it will not be considered. Description: We seek a Senior Software Engineer I with .NET expertise for a C2C role. The candidate will design and develop high-quality software solutions, enhance performance, and mentor junior engineers. Responsibilities: Integrate data storage solutions and optimize performance. Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and devise solutions. Maintain code quality and organization. Analyze and refactor inherited code. Mentor team members on source code management. Enhance QA processes and create unit testing frameworks (xUnit). Manage relational databases and technology migrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements and solutions. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned. Competencies: Curiosity in understanding customer use of platform features. Education & Experience: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years in large-scale distributed systems, multi-threading, and REST services.
