This person assists with closing as a customer makes a decision to purchase our vacation ownership product! If you have strong customer service and administrative experience this may be the job for you!Quality Assurance Specialists are the primary liaison to the customer and the customer follow-up process in regard to contracts and deeding of the client's new purchase.As a Quality Assurance Specialist you would be responsible for completing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:* Assures new owners understand their paperwork and contracts, assisting them in making their reservations and assuring owners have all the information they need to feel confident with their purchase.* Responsible for working closely with the Sales and Hospitality team to maintain a high quality of customer service.* Help owners feel comfortable about their purchase and if need be, help book soft reservations for them before they are in the system* Make sure current owners who have questions have their answers, or at least find the answers for them and point them in the right direction (i.e. payoff information, help with on-line assistance)* Assist with supply and inventory management to ensure we have all the necessary materials to complete daily tasksPay Range: $75,000 - $82,000Why do Team Members Like Working for us?* HGV is now offering first day benefits to new employees!* Outstanding health care options (medical, dental, and vision that encourage preventative care).* Paid Time Off (PTO) that allows for adventure, rest, relaxation or recuperation.* All new Team Members are automatically enrolled in the HGV Retirement Savings Plan.* Employee Discount Program - HiltonGO - stay at Hilton Hotels for as low as $40 per night. To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:* At least 2 years of hospitality/guest service experience.* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and a positive demeanor* Possess project management and problem solving skills.* Must be computer savvy and have experience using Microsoft Office Suite.* Able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays* Must exude a professional demeanor at all times on duty or on property* Must posses the ability to acquire your notary license within department guidelines* High school Diploma/GEDIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management/Business Administration or related experience preferred* Timeshare/Vacation Ownership experience preferred.* 2+ years experience in Quality Assurance (QAM) or as a Verification Loan Officer (VLO)* Existing Notary LicensureWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
