Your efficiency of service and repair will directly impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle.What Winning Looks Like:
- Demonstrating a high HQ (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
- Interact daily with customers, Service Advisors, other Technicians, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates, and Managers
- Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to ensure customer loyalty
- Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication
- Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by the customer
- Conduct multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure the safety and reliability of customer vehicles
- Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order
- Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
- Achieve targeted Customer Satisfaction Index
Skills Needed to Win:
- Ability to effectively manage time to meet and exceed targets
- A strong desire to succeed
- Previous automotive diagnostic and repair experience a plus
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Possess a valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable driving record

Salary Description $30 - $45 per hour
