Job DescriptionHere' what you should know: As an Operations Coordinator, you will be the cornerstone of smooth and effective school operations. Your role involves being the first point of contact for families, students, and community members, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment in our main office. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall success of the school's operations, from managing communications to maintaining student files and supporting daily operational needs. This is a temporary role with anticipated need from December 2024 - February 2025, with a possibility of extending through June 2025.Here's what you'll be doing:
- Front Desk Management: Welcome visitors, answer calls, and manage the visitor management system.
- Administrative Support: Handle inquiries, assist with schoolwide communications, and manage office supplies.
- Student Enrollment & Attendance: Support enrollment processes, maintain student records, and participate in efforts to improve attendance.
- Operations Support: Assist with school events, maintain a clean and organized office, and contribute to the smooth operation of school systems.
- Technology & Data Management: Maintain office technology, assist with Tier 1 technology support, and ensure accuracy in information systems.
Metrics of Success:
- Maintain an average annual score of 3.0 or higher on internal walk-through (Ops EKG)
- Achieve school targets for student attendance and enrollment.
- Ensure 100% visitor sign-in compliance and secure badge distribution.
- Maintain high family engagement as measured by the TNTP Insight Survey
QualificationsMust Haves:Skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and oral)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and keyboarding

Additional InformationCompensation & Benefits The annual salary range for this role is $45,000-$50,000, with the starting salary based on relevant school-based reception and operations experience. The salary will be pro-rated according to time worked.
