At Sam's Club, our Lead Counsels serve our members and associates as trusted business advisors driving strategy and advising on a wide range of business issues while empowering the organization to make informed decisions that align to enterprise objectives. You will participate in the strategic design, evaluation, and execution of significant Sam's Club business initiatives and will provide executive leadership and field management with legal advice concerning a broad range of subjects. You will be expected to develop and leverage internal and external partnerships to address complex and novel legal issues that transcend functional departments. To be successful, you will need to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal and compliance regulatory risk.

Minimum Qualifications:
Law degree from an accredited law school and 6 years' experience in law.License to practice law in at least one state.2 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
