Position Summary...
Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.
What you'll do...
Oversees the destruction and recycling of all corporate security-related and media devices by ensuring security of equipment until destruction; scheduling destruction; and coordinating transportation. Identify new technology, process improvements and resources by assessing current information technology hardware and software best practices; identifying gaps; benchmarking with engineers, suppliers, and professional associations; forecasting internal customer hardware and system needs; implementing hardware improvements to increase efficiency of Systems Testing and Reclamation (STaR) complexes; identifying areas or methodologies to improve data and hardware security; and providing subject matter expertise with in country security technology teams for international accounts. Maintains compliance by ensuring adherence to federal, state and local laws and regulations pertaining to disposal of electronic media, privacy, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and payment card industry compliance; managing destruction, disposal and recycling of electronically stored data and hardware; maintaining integrity of secure lab environment; and maintaining a clean and safe working environment for all associates. Identifies and resolves issues (for example, personal computer or server configurations) by working with internal customers and external suppliers; communicating issues; installing solutions; and monitoring supplier service levels. Directs improvement in lab associates technical skills by developing and conducting training in the areas of computer repair, imaging, hardware identification, and updates to existing programs; and write procedural manuals. The annual salary range for this position is $56,000.00-$120,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
