Position Summary...What you'll do... Manages supply chain processes and ensures merchandise flow through the distribution network and fulfillment centers by directing resolutions and responding to the escalation of daily issues. Analyzes data from multiple stakeholders to streamline and improve network efficiencies. Provides data for the supplier compliance process flow. Researches and analyzes the root cause of daily and escalated exceptions concerning shipping, receiving, inventory, and returns. Conducts performance reviews of sanitation associates. Provides recommendations for corrective actions to key stakeholders.Cleans warehouse ceilings, racks, and walls in all chambers of the warehouse, including freezers. Supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs . Identifies and communicates goals and objectives. Builds accountability for and measures progress in achieving results. Identifies and addresses improvement opportunities. Demonstrates adaptability and promotes continuous learning.Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training, mentoring, and assigning duties. Provides recognition. Promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace.Influences field-level direction and provides guidance for the execution of operations by acting as a liaison for the field. Responsible for addressing performance-related issues. Identifies best practices and advises teams on adoption and implementation of best practices.
