What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Manage and develop production team members.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize production processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
