Job Description:
Must be a US Citizen who currently possesses a Secret Clearance. This is an onsite position. Some travel is required. Statement of Work: The WFM Support Team Services Contractors shall be operational on day one of contract performance (e.g., badged, have computer access, have network and database access, etc.) to the maximum extent allowable within Government access rules and regulations. Additional WFM Support Team members shall serve in a pool jointly supporting the remaining five A4C Divisions with tasks similar to those detailed in the task: Workflow Management (WFM) Support Services. Members should execute work as assigned by the A4C Overall Workflow lead, and by assigned A4C Division Chief leadership. Monitoring of past WFM Support Team workload has indicated that workflow support for A4CA, A4CI, A4CP, A4CS and A4CX requires less than 1 FTE s workload; the requirement has thus been refined to ensure that WFM Support Team member workload is divided to support five A4C divisions; workload anticipated is 6,240 hours per year. The WFM Support Team contractors shall provide detailed updates to the WFM Support Team in weekly A4C Workflow meetings and keep Branch and Division leadership and stakeholders appraised on the status of tasks. WFM Support Team members may be asked to support weekly meetings with Branch or Division Chiefs as well as weekly A4C Workflow meetings. Workflows will also periodically participate in quarterly AO training and other mandatory training sessions required for contract personnel (e.g., Information Assurance Awareness). WFM Support Team contractors may also be asked to provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings/forums and coordinating, consolidating, developing, and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials (e.g., slides, after action reports, minutes). WFM Support Team contractors provide administrative support to the AF/A4C Divisions by providing task/suspense management, coordination and quality assurance and control of task responses and task packages, validating completeness/accuracy of task response (e.g. was the question answered?, and was it in the right format?), assigning tasks IAW Division leadership to Division AOs, and coordinating initiator tasks to the A4C Overall Workflow lead for direction to 86 SAF, other HAF offices, AF/A4C, AFIMSC, AFCEC, MAJCOMs and other external stakeholders. The WFM Support Team contractors may answer stakeholder inquiries regarding task development, the system of record, etc. relative to the task management database(s). Administrative support also includes driving coordination and collaboration between Action Officers and across Divisions. WFM Support Team contractors may be asked to maintain and manage Branch or Division trackers for task management database(s) tasks assigned to Divisions, may provide associated database training, archive database records, provide technical support to Division leaders, AOs and stakeholders, and may be asked to support executive services requests for AF/A4C and personnel (e.g.,
