The scope of the proposed services will include the following: •Provide ongoing support for SAP Financials; •Develop understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to make informed decisions and drive results; •Ensure goals and objectives align with the operational strategies; •Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets; •Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management; •Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met; •Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards; •Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices; •Provide day-to-day support for on-going processes; •Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for processes; work in needed areas to provide application support for agency's workload demands. Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: •Five (5) plus years of expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas: o SAP Funds Management (FM) o SAP Financial Accounting (FI) Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: •SAP General Ledger (GL) •SAP Controlling (CO) •SAP Accounts Payable (AP) •SAP Accounts Receivable (AR) •SAP Travel Management
