What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Spearhead consulting services for hiring managers, providing expertise on staffing and recruitment strategies
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment, building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Evaluate, interview, and present top-quality candidates based on skills and cultural fit
- Craft and execute strategies aligned with business goals and candidate experience
- Maintain proactive communication with leaders and candidates throughout the process
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in high volume recruitment
- History of providing mentorship or peer resource support
- Ability to manage relationships and navigate change effectively
