Job Description TapestryHealth is seeking a part-time, 1099 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide onsite support to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility in
Rochester, New York. This is a part-time position with 2-3 required onsite. No nights, weekends, call, or holidays. As a member of our group, you will have the freedom to work independently with the knowledge that your team members are always just a call away. - Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed in New York (PMHNP)
- Comfortable caring for complex patients with a wide variety of psychiatric disorders
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Knowledge in medication management and de-escalation
- Emphasis on Milieu based non-pharmaceutical interventions
- Ability to work independently in a team environment
- Must provide proof of the COVID vaccine
