Responsibilities Working a 12.5-hour, 4 days on, 4 days off scheduled night shift (6:30 to 7:00), the process line operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the assigned line in a safe and efficient manner with high quality and productivity. And to provide support to the Line Lead. RESPONSIBILITIES: Safety: Near-miss and BBS reporting participation Meet productivity standards Complete required documentation Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine Adjust machinery as needed Qualifications A high Diploma or GED equivalent required Prior manufacturing experience in a fast-paced automated environment.
