Our **Manager of** **Front Office Product Manager - End User/Client Services** is accountable for the following:
+ Manages the lifecycle of a technology product or feature, including defining the problem, desired customer experience, vision, tenets, and product strategy.
+ Drive product discussions, distilling precise requirements from various stakeholders (customers, partners, vendors, engineering teams, etc.), and conduct market research and usability studies.
+ Influence technical priorities and business strategy through data-driven insights, ensuring alignment between business and technology teams and customer needs.
+ Understand and articulate the systems and technologies behind the product, their limitations, and scaling factors, proactively mitigating risks and reducing exposure to failure modes.
+ Develop measurable product plans and success criteria, including mechanisms and metrics to track adoption and performance. Manage product/feature evangelism, marketing, and training content creation.
**Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:**
+ Over 5 years of experience in engineering, product management, or a related field, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices.
+ Proficient in translating stakeholder product requirements into detailed and actionable technical specifications for development teams. This involves ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with overall project goals, thus bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution.
+ Proven track record in managing and driving organizational change, showcasing the ability to lead teams through transition periods effectively.
+ Strategic thinker with strong influencing skills, capable of shaping long-term visions and aligning stakeholders toward common goals.
+ Experience with Bullhorn and HubSpot or similar technologies
This virtual role can be located anywhere in the United States of America. Candidates must be available to work Eastern Standard (EST) time zone hours as required for business needs and be able to travel up to 10%.
