Full cycle catering - including selling orders, preparing, set up, clean up, scheduling and interacting with client regarding high end events. Complies with budget requirements by controlling costs (i.e. labor, inventory, equipment, materials) and making adjustments when necessary. The Catering Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager.QualificationsResponsibilities:Education Required Must complete in-house orientation program High School Diploma or GEDExperience And Skills Speaks, reads and writes English 1 year of Basic Management Experience 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services etc.License/Certifications ServSafe CertifiedWorking ConditionsOther information:Working Conditions Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) worn Requires standing in one position plus periods of movement, while working in high temperature area. Requires being able to lift 50 lbs.
