As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first friendly person that greets clients and assists them with their banking needs. This role offers a great insight into the world of banking, insurance, and wealth management to build a foundation for a career in financial services. What Youll Do:Day in the Life - Every day you will work face-to-face with clients in the branch location, manage a cash drawer, assist clients and team members, uncover needs, and educate clients on German American products and services.
