There's currently a 1st shift Associate Filling Machine Operator (6am-2pm) opportunity at KitPackers, LLC, located in Germantown, WI. Associate Filling Machine Operators are responsible for dispensing adhesives and other specialty chemicals or liquids into containers by hand or using various packaging equipment.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sets up, adjusts, operates, disassembles and cleans basic packaging equipment (Simplex, Ram, G-100 gun, Heat Sealer, Shotmeter and complete Hand Pours) to fulfill requirements in job paperwork. May be called on to fill samples, dualpaks, bottles, and other basic fills.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area; inspects and verifies that machines are clean before use.
- Assists lead personnel in training new packagers and other packagers as needed.

- Pay according to experience level, starting at $17/hour to $24/hour. *The more applicable experience, the more you'll get paid.*
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 0 to 2 years of experience in production/manufacturing environment
- Ability to read
- Basic math
- Ability to learn how to operate machinery, provide basic maintenance to machinery, follow safety standards and protocols, and follow Bill of Material and work instructions
- Lifts and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Above 2 years to 10+ years of experience in production/manufacturing environment
- Preferably from a custom adhesive, chemical, paint manufacturing or liquid packaging/filling environment
