Job Description:
Our client, a leading plastics manufacturing company, is seeking a Fabrication and Special Parts Technician to join their team. As a Fabrication and Special Parts Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting the fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently and effectively with team members.Job Title: 1st Shift Fabrication and Special Parts TechnicianLocation: Festus, MOPay Range: $19 per hourWhat's the Job?
  • Perform the following production methods: Custom Blow Molding, Vacuum forming, CNC operations and other Fabrication.
  • Use ovens to heat and form raw materials.
  • Properly set tools and machines for production runs.
  • Fabricate finished goods by routing, trimming, drilling, gluing & polishing product.
  • Follow drawings, prints and production instructions to spec.
  • Use a ruler, tape measure and calipers for dimension analysis.
  • Quality control responsibilities for manufactured products.
  • Pack and label product.

  • Stand / walk 7+ hours daily
  • Safely lift 45 lbs
  • Maintain attention to detail
  • Possess good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, yet work effectively with team members.
