1st Shift Fulltime Direct Support Worker up to $27/hrJoin our team in Pittsfield as a Direct Support Worker in a group home setting, where you'll provide essential assistance to residents with developmental and behavioral disabilities. This first shift position (7am - 3pm) offers Tuesdays and Wednesdays off. You'll be working with a small group, many of whom require mobility support, making physical assistance and personal care a key part of the role. Responsibilities include supporting daily living activities, administering medication, attending meetings, and transporting residents to appointments.The role pays up to $27/hr. and requires full vaccination, personal transportation with an active driver's license, and at least 6 months of direct care experience.
