For the person who would like to be hands-on in making custom cabinetry but may not know precisely what position they are looking for - this is the job posting for you! After being interviewed, the production management team will assess your skills and interests and make a match with Crestwood's available production positions. Positions could vary from machine operation, building (face frames, drawers, cabinetry), finish (sanding, staining, glazing, booth operators, hand sprayers) to adding accessory items, packaging, and loading trucks.HelpfulBackground:Experience with teamwork, good communication, proven good attendance, and attention to detail.Wages:$18.00 / Hour ($16.00 Base Pay + $2.00 / Regular Hour Attendance Incentive). After the 60-day Training Period, Add 1) Certification Pay + 2) Production Incentive Pay. Add more Certification Pay (Up to $2.00 / hour) as new skills are obtained. Additional Growth: Technical Pay with skilled positions. Production Incentive Pay is based on specific numbers being achieved in production. Production Incentive Pay ranges from $0.75 to $3.88 / regular hour.
