Pay is $19.31/hourHours are 7am-3:30pmBasic Purpose and Scope:The Inventory Control Clerk II is responsible for ensuring inventory is accurately reflected through cycle counting and various processes. May also be responsible for printing labels for production. This position will be a primary trainer for co-workers.Core Values Culture Service:Responsible for driving the Litehouse culture through company core valuesAccountable for outstanding Customer service to all internal and external CustomersDevelop and maintain effective relationships through collaboration and consistent timely communicationHelp uphold a Team Member environment supporting others with positive behaviorEssential Functions and Responsibilities:Perform all job duties and operations in a safe manner, while following all federal, state, and Litehouse regulations and policies - Always Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained through cycle count process per schedule and inventory audits - 80%Clean up and reconcile bins daily in warehouse, formulation, portion control and packaging departments - 10%Back up Inventory Control I in various duties and responsibilities - 5%Responsible for training co-workers - 5%May print labels for production - Ongoing Support packaging, portion control, formulation, and warehouse - Ongoing Partner with co-workers as needed to address variances, with solutions - OngoingResponsibility to adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor - OngoingEnsure correct entries into factory software - OngoingMaintains clean work area and participates in housekeep throughout the facility and grounds - OngoingMust be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements - OngoingOther activities and duties as assigned - OngoingSupervisory Responsibilities:NoneMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO PERFORM WORK:Education: High School Diploma/GED Strongly PreferredCertifications: Ability to obtain forklift or high-lo certification and electric pallet jack certificationExperience: One-year manufacturing experience and/or trainingStrong keyboarding skills preferredMust have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to express ideas professionally, effectively and efficiently in the common languageAbility to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company with strong interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task, focus and work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environmentAbility to compute basic mathematical calculationsAbility to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphsMust have a working knowledge of and be able to perform basic tasks in Microsoft, Word and ExcelProficiency in Smart Client preferredTravel Requirements:NonePhysical Demands: Sitting 0% Walking 10% Stairs/Ladders 5% Standing 85% Manual Dexterity Computer Keyboard FingeringLifting requirements: Frequently; up to 55 lbs.
