Litehouse is seeking a Machine Technician I / Production Machine Operator to join our team!

The Machine Technician I operates a minimum of one production machine in an area or department and performs basic preventative machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Essential Job Duties
* Operate and lead key machinery, striving for efficient output of quality products.
* Set up, operate and adjust machinery.
* Perform changeovers and washes that meet or exceed specifications.
* May be responsible for breaking co-workers.
* Responsibility to adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor.
* Ensure products produced meet customer and quality requirements.
* Ensure products produced meet customer and quality requirements.
* Perform basic maintenance/controls, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
* Responsibility to adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor.
* Maintains clean work area and participates in housekeep throughout the facility and grounds.
Qualifications
* Education: High School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred.
* Mechanically inclined preferred.
* Experience: Fully trained and experienced in the operation of one production machine as defined at each plant and/or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
* Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to express ideas professionally, effectively and efficiently in the common language.
* Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Ability to multi-task, focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends as necessary.
* Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements.
