1st Shift Mailroom Processing Clerks (In Office)El Paso, TX (Westside area)Hourly Pay Rate: $14.00/hr.Monday - Saturdays 7:00am-5:30pm (OT likely)What you will be doing:Training is mandatory and attendance is very critical.Training will be 4 weeks from 8:00-5:30 Monday-FridayAfter training ALL employees are scheduled to work on Saturdays.Processors will arrive at the facility by 7:00 am-5:30pm, site operates on a “Clean Desk” policy, meaning all work must be completed before your shift ends.Receive all mail that comes into onsite mail center, open and sort all mail documents accordingly.Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing.Creating and sorting scanned images, documents, files, and archives in various form types.Identifies documents, their purpose and follow company processing procedures.Attention to detail is critical and ability to pick up on processes quickly is a must.What you get:Pay rate of $14.00 per hourFull-time employmentCareer growth opportunitiesFull benefit options day one! Including 401K!Great work environmentDay Shift OpportunityPeople who succeed in this role have:Previous working experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and some data entry.Ability to perform repetitive and physical movements throughout work shift.Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of Medical, Hospital and Dental insurance Claims is preferred.Strong work ethic.RequirementsMust be at least 18 years of age or older.Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).Must be eligible to work in the United States.Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check, that includes an education verification as well.Must be able to work Saturdays, they are mandatory.Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
