Job Description:
We are looking for a maintenance team member who is ready to hit the ground running with a focus on preventative maintenance to support the NE-XT core values of safety and quality.As a maintenance team member you are responsible to:Repair CNC Machinery, Manual Machine and Machining CentersInstall, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controlsTroubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systemsUse machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issuesIdentify and replace parts as necessaryComplete testing and make adjustments of parts as neededComplete planned and preventative proceduresWork based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditionsAbility to lift 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend/stoop on a regular basisHigh School DiplomaUnderstand basic metrology fundamentalsAbility to comprehend given instructionsAbility to multitask job duties effectively and efficientlyAbility to work unsupervisedReading, writing and general math skillsAbility to work effectively in a group (Team) environmentEffective written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detailPI23a816df2073-35216-#######7
