We have a client located in the Leetsdale, PA area seeking a 1st Shift Manufacturing Technician IIJob Duties:- Must be able to work on first shift, 6AM -2:30PM- Support assembly, trimming, sub-assembly, parts washing, and material handling- Uses various hand-tools, power-tools, taps and glues for assembling, wiring cleaning, rustproofing, and handling filters and components- Assembles all types of filter-related assemblies to manufacturing specifications using the work instructions, work orders, sketches, Engineering drawings and instructions- Inspects final assembly and product to ensure quality meets all specifications- Stocks supplies, maintains accurate counts, pulls, and delivers parts and finished goodJob RequirementsJob Requirements:- Must be able to work on first shift, 6AM -2:30PM- High school diploma or GED is required- Must have strong electrical skills working with 240/480 voltage- Experience with motor controls or PLCs- Experience with hydraulic or fluid power systems- Minimum of 3 years previous experience in a manufacturing environment- Able to use hand and power tools- Prepare and pack products for shipment using appropriate materials- Prepare necessary documents and paperwork for shipments- Load, unload, operate and perform daily maintenance on automatic parts washer- Overtime is required/available as needed
