Job DescriptionSauder Manufacturing Co, Stryker, Ohio, United States of AmericaPosted Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 4:00 AMPosition Summary:The Materials Management Associate I will perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities including supporting production.Fill work ordersKit foamCycle countPull materials for production and deliver to proper departmentUnload deliveries and place products in designated areasSpot check incoming products for quality specificationsPosition Requirements:Attention to detail/must be detail-orientedAbility to be trained and licensed on a forklift and other powered industrial vehiclesRegular lifting of product up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbsRegular maneuvering and positioning of products using pallet jacks or carts up to 2,000 lbsRequires full shift of standing, walking, carrying products, bending, and liftingAble to read, write, and follow instructions, both written and verbalAble to use handheld power tools with accuracy and precisionAble to assist in training employees5-S audits and daily cleaningEnsure a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)Experience and Knowledge Required:High school diploma or GED requiredPrevious Manufacturing Experience preferredKey Attributes Required:A self-starting, goal-oriented, customer-focused individual who takes personal accountability and acts in accordance with the Company's ValuesPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
