We are looking for an independent, reliable, self-motivated, self-starter, with a positive attitude, team approach, with an Owner and process improvement mentality. **Schedule:** Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm with overtime on Friday as needed (which is usually a 6hr. day.)
**Required Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
* No experience necessary - Willing to train!
* High School Diploma or Equivalent.
* Must be at least 18 year of age.
* Hi-lo experience a plus.
* Automated filling equipment experience a plus. Able to follow written and verbal directions, and complete necessary documentation.
* Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
* Willingness to work overtime hours as needed.
* Mechanical and troubleshooting abilities.
* Ability to work and contribute to a team approach with a positive attitude and outlook.
* Enjoy and embrace a diverse/variety of job duties and a wide range of responsibilities.
* Motivation of a self-starter.
* Ability to remain detail-oriented while learning, training, cross-training and backing up roles.
* Must have excellent attendance record.
* Attention to detail, quick learner and dependable required.
* Comfortable working with and near chemicals.

* Comfortable wearing proper PPE needed for the job.

**Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:**
* Ensure proper labeling, capping, heat sealing, coding, and packaging of products while maintaining quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
* Program assembly lines for different packaging sizes.
* Change over and set up.
* Equipment wash-outs.
* Accurately complete kit assembly and packaging.
* Start-up and test-run machines as well as perform operational maintenance procedures as directed.
* May be required to help in all HCPI departments as needed.
* Assist in material handling if license is obtained.
* Complete standard work.
* Perform quality control checks.
