At this ProCon facility in Appleton, WI, you will be a part of a team that meets the production needs by:

• Assisting with machine setup, operation, and maintenance to meet production goals.
• Wrapping and staging finished products and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Following safety protocols and performing basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Completing other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

For the first two weeks, you must complete the required training before full access to a flexible shift schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

*After completing training, you'll be able to choose different shifts times using the MyWorkChoice app.*

• Monday – Sunday
• Shift Times:
  • 6 AM – 12 PM
  • 12 PM – 6 PM

*With the MyWorkChoice app, you have the freedom to choose and trade shifts.
