As a Production Associate at our Manufacturing facility in Kerrville, TX, you will assist management by floating between and assisting various departments. 1st Shift Schedule for this position is Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Perform manufacturing processes as needed in any of the following areas.o Filling Wax Inventory for Component Jobso Wax Washingo Wax Pin Injectiono Degate/Magnetic Pin Finishing - Run/Sort/Bago Easy Link - Charmso Filling Finished Good Jobso Furnace - Run/Sort/Bago Lap - Sort/Count/Trayo Laser Operation - Laser Logoo Laser Fixture Load & Unloado Laser Engraving - Simpleo Mechanical Finish - Unload/Sort/Bago Findings - Count/Bago Finished Goods - Sato Card Insertingo Pre-bench - Wet Grindo Pneumatic Press - Flattingo Any other non-skilled areas as needed.WHAT YOU WILL NEED Ability to read, write and speak English fluently including, but not limited to, verbally communicating with plant personnel regarding work processes and work assignments. Ability to read and understand written work processes, safety instructions, forms, training materials, etc. Ability to input data into standardized forms. Ability to complete accurate and timely production forms. Ability to perform basic formulas such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, counting and totals. Ability to accurately determine weights and measurements. Ability to work flexible work schedules and travel to various locations as business need requires.Additional Requirements
