1st Shift Quality Inspector Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client in DeKalb County within the metal fabrication, stampings, welding and farm related industry is looking for reliable individuals to work in a family-owned business where you will feel at home. Quality Inspector Job Summary: $18-20/hour depending on experience 1st Shift only: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday Receiving inspection of raw materials First article inspection, set-up approval, gauge verification, and masking/die cut verification In-process inspection of customer products during production. Layout inspections and data collection for PPAP Assist employees with blueprint interpretation and training as needed. Maintain inspection logs and supporting documentation. Quality Inspector Qualifications: Diploma required. Quality Inspector must have experience in metal fabrication/masking techniques. Familiar with ISO Quality Management System Proficient in the use of micrometers, calipers and vernier measurement devices Experience interpreting drawings and blueprints Must be dependable, highly ethical and trustworthy.
