The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in the usage of the MS Office Suite, possess an understanding of basic shop mathematics and basic statistics/analytics, and have basic blueprint reading skills. Experience with MRP/MRB database systems is essential. The candidate must excel in documentation, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills and be able to translate technical information across all organizational levels. A knowledge of principles and concepts relevant to the control of nonconforming products in an AS9100 environment is required. The role involves problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills, and a thorough understanding of processes and resources used in assigned work. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence change are crucial. The candidate must be detail-oriented, able to interact professionally with all organizational levels, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork is essential, including frequent inter-organizational contacts. The role also involves representing the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects, and some lifting is required.
