Objective:

Ensure all incoming product is received accurately while operating powered industrial equipment in accordance with the WM system requirements while working in both a time and cost-effective manner. And, to ensure all exceptions are identified and handled in accordance with Donaldson Quality procedures within an environment subject to climatic changes.

Essential Functions:

  • Unload inbound freight
  • Audit and inspect inbound freight for shortages, overages, damage or any non-compliant issues.
  • Able to communicate all exceptions to Quality through NCR's.
  • Able to capture exceptions with photos and download them into the computer share drive.
  • Receive inbound freight accurately into the WM system by use of the RF equipment.
  • Put inbound product away in the warehouse by use of the RF equipment and power industrial equipment.
  • Operate powered industrial equipment.
  • Must comply with all DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Uses all designated Personal Protective Equipment as required.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate ability to:

  • Must be able to read and write.

  • Push/pull, lift, twist, and bend.
  • Perform basic computer skills.
  • Operate basic office equipment.
  • Able to walk on a constant basis.
  • Perform a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Interact constructively and effectively with all plant employees.
  • Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal.
  • React to change productively and to handle other tasks as assigned.
